Availability, minimum quantities, pricing, print or embroidery options and supplier requirements vary by product. Standard UK mainland delivery is free on normal website orders, while some specialist, custom, business, bulk or specially sourced products may carry a separate delivery charge where clearly shown.

Where suitable, ThreadKing prepares product suggestions, mock-ups or previews for discussion. Digital previews are guides to the intended result; embroidery previews are not exact simulations of the final stitched finish.
Approve Before Production
Nothing proceeds until the product, artwork, price and key details have been agreed. You are responsible for checking the approved wording, spelling, placement, product details and visible design information.

Approved custom and branded business products can be made available through the relevant customer or business account, with access through My Custom Products where applicable. Repeat ordering remains subject to current availability, supplier, specification and pricing.

Product availability, minimum quantities, print methods, embroidery limits and lead times vary by supplier and product. Standard UK mainland delivery is free on normal website orders. Any separate delivery charge for specialist, custom, business, bulk or specially sourced products will be made clear before the order is confirmed.
ThreadKing will not confirm a product simply because it is technically available. The product, artwork and finish must make sense together.
Customers must own, control or have permission to use any logos, artwork, wording or other material supplied for production. Where a business first-purchase discount is offered, it applies to the first qualifying purchase of that product type. A different design, colour or variation of the same product type does not qualify for another first-purchase discount.
After approval, changes may not be possible once sourcing, artwork preparation or production has started. Where a Request a Change option is available, it can be used to send a request for review but does not automatically alter an approved order or specification.
