Review the Preview
A mock-up or proof may be prepared so you can check the design before production. Digital previews are guides to the intended result and may differ from the finished product. For embroidery, a preview is not an exact simulation of the final stitched result.
Approve and Order
Once the product, artwork, price and key details are agreed, the order can proceed. You are responsible for checking the wording, spelling, placement, product details and visible design information before approval.
The better the source, the better the result.
You do not need finished professional artwork before contacting ThreadKing, but clear source files make it easier to assess what is possible.

Low-resolution, blurred or heavily compressed images may need to be redrawn, simplified or replaced before they are suitable for printing.
The method depends on the artwork and garment.
ThreadKing uses suitable print methods based on the artwork, garment, colour, quantity and available fulfilment options.
Embroidery may also be possible on selected products where the logo, stitch detail and garment are suitable. Artwork may need to be digitised before production, and a separate Embroidery Setup fee may apply.
Printed Clothing
Suitable for many illustrations, names, phrases and full-colour designs.
Embroidery
Best suited to selected logos, simpler artwork and garments that support stitching. Fine detail, very small text, gradients and thin lines may need to be simplified during digitisation, and the finished embroidery may differ from the digital preview.

Availability, pricing, print method, setup time, artwork quality and product choice can all affect what is possible. Standard UK mainland delivery is free on normal website orders. Some specialist, custom, business, bulk or specially sourced products may carry a separate delivery charge where clearly shown before the order is confirmed.
Customers must own, control or have permission to use any logos, artwork, images, wording or protected material supplied to ThreadKing.
Print colours and final appearance may vary because of garment colour, fabric, print method, embroidery thread, lighting, screen settings and normal production tolerances. Digital previews are guides rather than exact physical guarantees.
After approval, changes may not be possible once sourcing, artwork preparation or production has started. Where a Request a Change option is available, it can be used to send a request for review but does not automatically alter an approved order or specification.
