Buying from ThreadKing.
ThreadKing products are made to order through trusted fulfilment, print, embroidery and production partners. The exact production route depends on the garment, artwork, colour, fabric, quantity and available supplier options.
For more detail about production routes, see Printing Methods.
Yes. Most ThreadKing products are produced after an order is placed rather than held as finished stock. This helps support a wider range of designs, colours and sizes, but it also means production time is needed before dispatch.
See the Shipping Policy for current production and delivery guidance.
Yes. Many ThreadKing shop products and selected Custom Clothing requests can be ordered as a single item.
Some business, promotional, embroidered or specialist products may require minimum quantities. These are checked before anything is confirmed through For Business or Contact Us.
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may vary depending on the payment services enabled on the website.
For custom or business work arranged outside the standard shop journey, ThreadKing will explain the payment route before the order proceeds. For help with a payment issue, use Contact Us.
Yes. After a successful website order, an order confirmation should be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If nothing arrives, use Contact Us and include the name and email address used for the order.
What happens after you order.
Production commonly takes around 2–7 working days before dispatch, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Timing can vary because of stock, supplier delays, artwork checks, proof approval, embroidery setup, public holidays, order volume or the type of product being made.
Read the full Shipping Policy before ordering.
Most orders are expected to arrive within around two weeks from the order date, although some arrive sooner and others take longer. Production and courier delivery are separate stages, and fulfilment may take place in the UK or Europe depending on the product and production route.
The latest detail is set out in the Shipping Policy.
Where tracking is available, it should be provided after dispatch by email or through the relevant delivery service.
If the expected timeframe has passed or the tracking information appears incorrect, contact ThreadKing through Contact Us with your order number.
Yes, where the product, quantity, supplier and production method are suitable. Bulk requests may include mixed sizes and selected colours, but availability and pricing must be checked first.
Start through For Business or send the details using Contact Us.
Usually, yes. Different sizes can often be included within the same clothing order, subject to stock, garment range and supplier availability.
Include the expected size breakdown when you send a business enquiry or use Contact Us.
Check the details before production starts.
Use the size guide shown on the relevant product page and compare it with a similar garment that already fits well. Do not rely only on the size name, because measurements can vary between products and suppliers.
Read the Sizing section of the Policies page before ordering.
Return rights depend on the reason for the return and the type of product ordered. Standard non-personalised goods may be treated differently from products made to your specification, while faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled under your statutory rights.
Read Returns & Refunds for the full conditions, then use Contact Us if you need to report a problem.
Products made to your specification, including personalised, custom, adapted, embroidered or business-branded goods, are generally not accepted for a simple change of mind once production has begun or the item has been made.
This does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. See Returns & Refunds and Custom Clothing & Business Orders.
Contact ThreadKing as quickly as possible. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production, artwork preparation, sourcing or fulfilment has started.
Read Cancellations & Order Changes, then use Contact Us with your order number.
Contact ThreadKing promptly with your order number, a clear description of the problem and photographs showing the item, packaging and any relevant labels.
Do not return anything before receiving instructions. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
Understanding the likely finish.
DTF / DTFlex-style printing is commonly used where suitable because it can produce bold colour, clear detail and a durable modern finish. DTG and selected embroidery may also be available where the garment, design and fulfilment route support them.
See the full comparison on Printing Methods.
DTG may be available by request on selected products, but it is not guaranteed. The garment, colour, fabric, artwork and supplier route must be checked before ordering.
Read Requesting DTG and then use Contact Us before placing the order.
No screen can reproduce colour perfectly. Garment colour, fabric, print method, lighting, monitor settings and production tolerances can all affect the final appearance.
Read the Print & Product Disclaimer before ordering.
Always follow the garment care label. As a general guide, wash printed clothing inside out on a cool cycle, avoid bleach, do not iron directly over the print and avoid high tumble-drying heat unless the care label allows it.
Specific care instructions on the garment label take priority.
Turning an idea into something wearable.
Yes. ThreadKing can assess selected requests involving artwork, names, wording, images, logos, adapted designs and rough concepts.
Start with the Custom Clothing page, then send the details through Contact Us.
Useful files include transparent PNG, high-resolution JPG, PDF and vector artwork where available. Clear photographs of drawings or reference images can also help explain the idea.
Low-resolution, blurred or compressed files may need to be redrawn, simplified or replaced. See Artwork & Files.
Where appropriate, ThreadKing may prepare a mock-up or proof for you to review before production. The exact process depends on the product, artwork and request.
Production should not proceed until the relevant product, artwork, price and approval details have been agreed. See How Custom Clothing Works.

The full requirement will appear in Artwork Rights & Permissions.

Where suitable, ThreadKing may create private or restricted product access for approved client items. This can make repeat ordering clearer while keeping client-specific products away from the public shop.
The exact setup depends on the project and should be agreed through Contact Us.
